What the email says
You get confirmation that the account and sign-in are gone, that we deleted your data — including transactions, balances, categories, chats with Martia, and your financial profile — that we disconnected the banks, cancelled the subscription, and unsubscribed you from marketing emails. Household sharing ends too, if you had it.
The only leftover is what the law requires us to keep: invoices and settlement records, and only for the required period. A community forum account (community.martia.ai) is separate and this email does not delete it.
Frequently asked questions
No. First we take the request, then we delete the account. The email goes out only after the deletion succeeds — to the address that was on the account.
No. The forum has its own sign-in. The email mentions that, and you can delete the forum account there or by writing to support@martia.ai.
