XTB · beta

Your XTB reports.
Straight from your email.

XTB sends your reports by email. Set up a personal address in Martia and forward the messages you choose, manually or with an email filter.

This beta receives reports. Reading positions and updating your portfolio are not available yet.

One address for your reports

  • Choose the email you will forward reports from and get your personal Martia address.
  • Forward an XTB PDF and check in the app that your report arrived.
  • Set up a Gmail filter with the forwarding confirmation shown in Martia.
Next stage

From reports to your investments

  • We are validating report formats before enabling data extraction.
  • The starting point will be your latest quarterly statement and subsequent daily reports.
  • Forwarded documents do not yet change balances, net worth or Martia’s answers about your portfolio.

How to start

  1. Open Settings → Integrations → XTB in Martia and enter the email address where you receive reports.
  2. Copy your personal forwarding address. From the email you entered, forward an XTB message with its PDF attachment to that address.
  3. If you add a password, use your XTB document password. In the XTB app, find it under your profile → Personal details → Document password. Do not enter your sign-in password.
  4. Return to the XTB integration and check the received reports. A report appearing here confirms document receipt, not an investment import.

Forward future reports automatically

  1. On a computer, open Gmail settings and add your Martia address as a forwarding address.
  2. The confirmation Gmail sends to this address appears in your XTB integration in Martia. Use it to finish setup in Gmail.
  3. Create a filter for XTB report emails and choose your Martia address as the forwarding destination. Check the search results before saving the filter. Do not enable forwarding for your entire mailbox.
  4. Forward your older quarterly statement separately. The filter applies to future incoming messages.

A daily report is not your whole account

XTB says reports arrive as password-protected PDFs, separately for each investment account. Daily reports cover selected events and do not contain every open position. We are therefore preparing to read quarterly statements and subsequent changes together. This is not a live valuation.

How XTB sends reports

You choose what reaches us

Martia receives the messages you forward to your personal address. You do not grant access to your entire mailbox or your XTB investment account.

We store reports and your saved document password in encrypted form. In Settings → Integrations → XTB, you can disconnect and delete saved reports and the password. Also remove the forwarding filter in your email service.

This is an independent Martia integration based on reports. It does not imply a partnership with XTB.
