How it works
In settings, under Categories, you create your own category: give it a name, pick a parent category (say, “Padel” under Entertainment), plus an icon and a color. The parent is what tells your category whether it's an expense or income — so it counts correctly in your monthly summary.
Your category shows up in the transaction review next to the built-in ones, so you file spending with one tap. In charts it appears as its own item, right next to its parent.
You can rename it or change its icon and color at any time — your transaction history follows the change, nothing needs redoing.
Frequently asked questions
Your category appears as its own item with its own color, sorted right next to its parent. Nothing disappears from your history.
For now you can freely edit it — name, icon, color, and description. Renaming instantly tidies up your whole history, so a typo is never a problem.
