Tell us how much you would miss Martia

Tell us how disappointed you would be if you could no longer use Martia. Choose one of four answers and optionally tell us why. In your browser, the survey appears when you enter or return to the app, at least 72 hours after your first subscription payment and at most once every 7 days until you answer. Closing or skipping allows a later attempt; submitting an answer starts a 90-day pause. The survey and email link remain optional.
